For those authors who have received acceptance of full paper, please note that we will NOT publish the paper unless you are registered by 10 April 2008.

Refund Policy

PSAM9 is a not- for-profit event, and registration fees represent the major source of income to pay for all expenses. Therefore, although we will provide refunds upon request, a certain portion of the paid amount will have to be retained to cover expenses that have already been committed. Our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Before April 10th: Refund full amount less bank charges , paper will not be published.
  2. Between April 11th and May 10th: Deduct USD$450 and bank charges, and refund the rest of paid amount. Refundee's paper (if applicable) will be published, and delegate kit will be mailed to him/her.
  3. After May 10th: No refund because we have already paid our vendors a guaranteed number of participants. Refundee's paper (if applicable) will be published, and delegate kit will be mailed to him/her.
